Non-immigrant ED visa (Education Visa for Foreigners)
ED Visa = Student Visa
A Non-Immigrant ED Visa allows a single entry into Thailand for studying, attending seminars, training, or internships, and is valid for 90 days from issuance. The holder can stay up to 90 days from the date of entry. If the holder needs to leave and re-enter Thailand during this period, a re-entry permit from the Immigration Bureau is required. Extension of the stay depends on the Immigration officer’s decision. If the visa holder violates any entry conditions, their stay permit will be canceled, and they may be banned from future entry into Thailand.
***PLEASE NOTE: Processing a complete visa application, including waiting time, may take anywhere between 45-75 days.
